You can book your ticket online through Shopify (Credit or Debit Card) or via Paypal. Please note that your space in a class is only reserved once full payment has been received. 

Yup - we sure do. If four or more of you book into a class on the one booking - use the promo code GROUP10 for a 10% Group Discount.

Our main downstairs studio - Studio 1 is wheelchair friendly and has access to disabled bathroom facilities. Access to the studio is via a lift from the carpark or driveway from the road.

Our upstairs studio - Studio 2 has access only via carpeted stairs.

We welcome carers and interpreters and will do everything we can to help with any assistance required.

Kids over the age of 12 can attend most of our open age workshops (excluding resin, Kintsugi and Pyrography which are 16 plus) however children under the age of 14 must attend with an adult who in also a participating ticket holder.

We do run kid’s classes in the school holidays that are 100% tailored to them. If in doubt about the suitability of a class - flick us an email and we can confirm with you.

The ticket prices for attendance at our open age workshops are the same for both adults and children, however we do have special kid's workshops in the school holidays and you can see those here.

Unfortunately, no. Due to space restrictions and insurance purposes, attendance is permitted for ticket holders only and tickets cannot be shared. We do however make allowances for Carers and Interpreters.

We get it, crafting can build an appetite and that's why we provide some light refreshments and nibbles during our Adult Workshops. That said, you are absolutely welcome to bring along any additional food to snack on or special food to suit your dietary needs.

We do not provide food in our School Holiday Workshops, and we do ask that any food that is sent with your kids, is nut free!

Hell yes! Most of our classes are designed for absolute beginners because we want everyone to have the opportunity to try something new. If for some reason you do require some level of experience for a class - we will certainly let you know in the class listing.

Generally, you need to bring nothing more than your glorious self because we provide all the materials and equipment you need. If you are required to bring anything extra along - it will be stated in the individual class listing.

We are located at Studio 4102 No 4 Daydream St Warriewood 2102

If you are parking on the road please enter via the main driveway between the Quattro Cafe (on your right) and Cheeky Monkeys (on your left). We are on the ground floor in the second building on your right.

If parking underneath in the visitors parking, please take the Qtr 4 lift (the blue one) to level 1 and we are located immediately as you exit the lift.

2hr Visitor Parking under the building is available during business hours and longer at nights and on weekends.

The short answer is - it depends on the class, but generally between 6-18 people.

Our beautiful creatives spend a lot of time and money purchasing and preparing materials for all tickets sold, therefore our workshop tickets are non transferable less than 7 days out from a class.

If you wish to transfer your ticket to another date, we will require a minimum of 7 days notice so that we have time to resell your place in the class that you booked.

In the event you are issued with a credit, the credit cannot be used or honoured beyond the expiry date.

If you are aware you will be unable to attend, you can absolutely pass your ticket to someone else who might like to come in your place. 

We are unable to offer a transfer of credit after this period sorry.

In the event that you are sick, your baby sitter cancels on you, your car breaks down, you get stuck in traffic or any other reason... like say - you just forget to come, we are unable to offer refunds or make up classes sorry. If applicable however, we may be able to provide your with any materials or notes from the class.

We sure can! We do require a minimum of 8-10 people (depending on the class and the creative) to cater for a private class. Again, send us an email and we can chat details.

Yes, yes and YES! Birthdays (kids and adults), Bridal Showers & Hens Soirées, Baby Showers, Christmas Parties and Team Building get togethers - we’ve got you covered. Flick us an email and let us know the number of people you are looking to accomodate, the date and your budget per person as we would love the chance to customise a unique experience you’ll be talking about for years to come.

You sure can! Order your Gift Vouchers here and you will be sent an evoucher. You can also email us and we will send out a voucher and information pack to you or your nominated recipient. 

*Please note Gift vouchers are non refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Please make sure you use it before it expires! 

Our Gift Vouchers are digitally managed and we offer 3 years validity on all gift vouchers so please be sure to use it before the expiry date as we cannot reissue or honour them after they have expired.

We are total slave masters around here... jokes.... kinda. But we do like to get your orders to you as quickly as possible so we generally pack orders within 24 hours Tuesday to Friday. It's then over to the couriers & Australia Post but we generally say to allow 3-5 business days for orders but longer for WA and Rural locations.
